Shipping

All wigs and products, when purchased, ship after 1-2 days of processing.

Domestic shipping is included and takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Canadian and International shipping is currently unavailable.

A signature is required on all shipments. Please monitor tracking to know when to sign and retrieve your package/s.
Returns

All orders have return slips.

Items may be returned if unused, unworn, and undamaged.

For wigs: If lace is cut, items may not be returned.

The return timeframe is 24 days if all conditions ( unused, unworn, and undamaged) are met.

Return fees are the responsibility of the client.
Refund

All new, unused, undamaged, and unworn items are eligible for a 100% refund when returned.

Refurbished wigs are final sales and nonrefundable.

Once items are returned, refunds are processed immediately. Funds are available within 3-5 business days.
